Participating at The existential problem of the country in the 21st century Workshop, 21 August 2025

On Thursday, August 21, our team attended the workshop entitled “Aspects of Greek-Turkish Relations: Turkish Intrusion and the Need for Strengthening the Greek Periphery” that was held as a part of the conference entitled “Aspects of Greek-Turkish Relations: Turkish Intrusion and the Need for Strengthening the Greek Periphery”. During the workshop, our team discussed touristification and the need for strengthening the Greek regions. Specific issues that were discussed are:

🔸The impact of touristification on the economic, labor, housing, and spatial levels

🔹The regional inequalities that touristification causes

🔸The need to strengthen local and regional infrastructure, and

🔹The need to develop multidimensional policies at the economic, social, and geopolitical levels.
