Pavlos Sermpezis is a senior researcher working on the areas of data science, ML/AI, social media, and computer networking. He holds a PhD in computer science and networks from EURECOM, Sophia-Antipolis, France, (2015), and a diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, (2011). He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Informatics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and at the Institute of Computer Science of the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH), Heraklion, Greece, participating in several European/national research projects.
